BUILDING WASTE MANAGEMENT PLAN

Building Waste Management Plans consist of creating a building specific strategy in dealing with large amounts of waste. This includes residential and commercial buildings. Waste Management Plans (WMPs) are drafted in accordance with the following standards;

• British Standard BS5906:2005, Waste Management in Buildings, Code of Practice; and
• British Standard BS EN840-02 Mobile Waste Containers – Part2: Containers with 4 wheels with a capacity up to 1,300 l with flat lid(s), for trunnion and/or comb lifting devices – Dimension and design

The reports also include drawings for each WMP using autocad and include designating routes for waste collection and delivery to/from the proposed Waste Processing Area (WPA) (i.e. Recycling Facilities)
